今日も曇り空です。
朝痛み止めを飲んだにもかかわらず、そんなことも忘れさせるぐらい頭痛がして、再度痛み止めをいただきました。
なかなか良くなりませんが、治るためには努力は惜しみません。
交通事故の後遺症で、髄液が漏れた事例を調べてみました。
正式名称は「脳脊髄液減少症」というらしく、2002年頃から交通事故裁判で、後遺症認定障害として争われることが多くなったようです。
後遺症認定されると、等級が９級、１２級、１４級となるようです。
治療法としては、点滴による補水に合わせて、経口補水、安静臥床です。

今まで、交通事故にあって、苦しんでいる人を見てきて、本当にかわいそうだなと思っていましたが、まさか自分がこんな状況になるなんて、想像だにしていませんでした。
皆さまも、自分の運転だけではなく、周囲の車の運転についても、ご注意いただいたほうが、より安全運転になりますし、防衛運転になります。
車に乗り込んだら「どこからか車が突っ込んでくるかもしれない」と思いながら、慎重に運転しましょう。

I investigated a case where cerebrospinal fluid leaked as a sequela of a traffic accident.
The official name seems to be "cerebrospinal fluid hypoplasia", and it seems that since around 2002, it has been often contested as a sequelae recognition disorder in traffic accident trials.
When the sequelae are recognized, the grades are 9th, 12th, and 14th.
Treatment methods include oral replenishment and bed rest, in addition to replenishment by intravenous drip.

It will be safer and more defensive if you pay attention not only to your own driving but also to the driving of surrounding vehicles.
